This is what I call ambitious love: love you try to earn, to control, or to keep through effort and force. It drains you and can even push you toward burnout. Because love that you seek outside yourself can never truly satisfy the hunger within.

But burnout can also be an invitation. A turning point. A path of awakening.

My personal journey through burnout, narcissistic relationships, and divorce has taught me how powerful this transformation is.
